[WVDXA] New Upgrades at the Ripley Hamfest

[W8TN - Clark]

Many of you know Mike Marshall, N8YUY, from the Teays Valley Radio Shack.
Well, today Mike upgraded to General and his daughter, Chelsea, passed her
Technician class exam at the Ripley Hamfest.  Chelsea is just 14 years old!
Congratulations to both the Marshalls!

If you see either of them, be sure to tell them how much fun it is to work
DX so we can add them as new WVDXA Members!
