Greg,

The haul from 5T5 is not all that long, but if you'll look at a great 
circle map, 9X is a goodly distance.  I don't know what sort of antenna 
setup the group has but I noted that 5T5DC was booming on 75m just 
minutes after I worked 9X0R on 80 CW.  The 9X was very weak 
here--readable one moment and down in the mud the next.  It was evident 
from the action of the pile that he was hearing the callers better than 
they were hearing him.
