[WVDXA] arrl paper work

About 3 weeks ago I received my credit sheets and stickers for an application that was logged in at ARRL on April 1.

My 17 meter certificate did not arrive, so I email Mr. Moore at the DXCC desk and he got back to me within hours of my email (on a weekend too).  He assured me he would take care of it when he got to HQ on Monday and sure enough the 17 meter credits showed up Monday AM on the DXCC website and the certificate came by the next week end.  Super service.  p.s., I had CHECKED OFF the 17 meter New Award on the application and they failed to act upon it.  But Bill made it right.

Sorry for the long answer.

For the life of me I don't understand why my call still shows up on the "Applications Logged In" weeks after my application was processed and I've received my award(s)/credits.
