No luck here.  Here I am up at 0930z and they're spotted on  21.295 SSB.  Of 
course with no prop to east coast on 15 mtrs.  no  surprise.
 
I've not seen a spot yet to the east coast at our sunrise.
 
All I need is ONE contact on CW.  Got a previous operation on  SSB.

something but it almost seems like these guys are  boycotting the East Coast 
U.S. stations with their operating schedules and  frequencies.  I am looking
