[WVDXA] Congrats to Clark on 160m DXCC

Clark, yo the man on 160 with the Monster L. I am trying to get cards 
at this point from 4 countries.

I was ready to announce receiving #78 today. HC8A.

I am in the process of upgrading the station. From the rig to an 
improved antenna for 160m.

I still am amazed at conditions on 6m yesterday.

Ok guys, there will be one on 6m I think we all need--HK0  28 June to 6 July
