[WVDXA] WVDXA Badges-- New Supplier; New Design?

I like #2 or #6. Think since we are WV DXA would be nice to stick with blue 
and gold state colors. Makes no difference to me as long as it ain't got PAPA 
NOVEMBER on it. :-)
