[WVDXA] Fwd: [dx-check:1146] DXCC Honor Roll list problem

Tnx Hal for the info.
I went to the top of the Honor Roll in July of
2007, but you could never tell by reading QST. I
think they would at least due a corrected list for top of the Honor Roll.
