Guys,

Getting there is half the fun--not.

We had a long, uncomfortable and uneventful flight from Helsinki to New 
York.  It got ugly in the Big Apple.  Leila had a boarding pass but we 
had to stand in line in a very hot and packed Delta terminal to obtain 
my boarding pass.  We had only an hour to make the flight to Pittsburgh 
and spent thirty minutes of it a) at an electronic kiosk and b) in the 
endless line before getting the attention of a kind soul who led us to 
the head of the line and routed us to the gate.  They'd already closed 
it and had the aircraft door closed.  We made the flight and I managed 
to keep my eyeballs open for the two hour ride back to the house.

I hit the bed immediately and got six or so hours of sleep and imagine 
that I'll be spending part of this afternoon back in the sack.  OH7XM 
gave me an interesting telephone.  It's a "Dualphone USB" which attaches 
to both a computer via USB cable and to a phone line.  The phone is 
cordless and may be used to make and answer both Skype and regular 
telephone calls.  I'll set it up when I'm a bit more alert.
