[WVDXA] LOTW Questions

Guys,
 
If you go to WVDXA.org and hover your mouse over the ARRL emblems, I have a
couple of hidden links.
Clicking on the left one gets you to the LOTW log in and the right one to
the DXCC site.

Do you know of any WVDXA member that might be able to help me with what I
hope are simple questions regarding the first time use of LOTW.  I am trying
to submit my first ADIF file using DXBase 2007.  I thought someone might be
able to help me with general questions if I could call them at some
convenient time.  I am getting desperate and somewhat frustrated with the
process.
