[WVDXA] LOTW Questions

Greg,

Do you know of any WVDXA member that might be able to help me with what I hope are simple questions regarding the first time use of LOTW.  I am trying to submit my first ADIF file using DXBase 2007.  I thought someone might be able to help me with general questions if I could call them at some convenient time.  I am getting desperate and somewhat frustrated with the process.
