[WVDXA] Getting the QSL

Dave,

     That's why you are at the *Top of the Heap*!  You get the QSL's and the
rest of us are struggling along in the "Also Ran" category!

     Actually, you probably got your QSL's in before the person in the Post
Office figured out there might be money in those envelopes.  Good job!

     BTW, I just worked CT3/OM3GI in Madeira Islands for Country No. 99 on
160-M.  Boy, I can just about "smell" that DXCC now!
