[WVDXA] 40-M MoonBounce (EME)

DX'ers,

Well, I "did" manage to hear the HAARP signal on 40-M from the moon
tonight.  It was not very strong but I did managed to hear it.  Since Don,
W8DL, and Garie, K8KFJ, both heard it last night, I figured I give it the
old college try tonight.

Garie, K8KFJ, did not have any luck hearing them tonight so maybe conditions
were not as good as last night.  Anyway, it was a HOOT to hear a signal
bouncing off the moon on 40-M.  Not something you hear every day.
