[WVDXA] A long wait

Greg,
My congratulations to you as well!  I am sure you are happy to reach this huge milestone. May you achieve many more especially with the FB station you have put together over there.

Now- 4X update, I'm sitting at Mediterranean-side café in Acco drinking mint tea. We stayed in Haifa last nite on top of Mt. Carmel overlooking Haifa Bay.  I set up station about 2200Z and QRN ran abt S-8 on 40m. This is very industrial area and has always been a problem with horrendous noise.  I did QSO wid a UR3 and YT7 but that was all. I heard a JA over the noise but struck out wid him. 

We will be at Galilee this evening and shud have better condx, at least it will be quieter.  Maybe condx to US at some point.

After what seemed like an eternaty my wait is over!!!! I looked on ARRL web site yesterday and saw where they had given me credit for my latest submission!!!! And today i recieved the little stick on pin that says ARRL DXCC #1 HONOR ROLL!!!!!! 
So it's now official!!! WHEW
