Clark,

Well, well.  My old stomping grounds.  If I try really hard, I can still 
smell the stench of garbage across the street from the embassy as pigs 
and vultures rooted through it.  Two years in Guinea-Bissau is like five 
anyplace else.

I'll take a look tomorrow evening.  I'd like to work the place on 160 
after having handed it out.
