[WVDXA] J5C is On-the-Air

The J5C DX'pedition from Guinea-Bissau is now on the air.  I just worked 
them tonight on 160-M for a NEW one.  Good signal and BIG pileup.

I saw FOUR other NEW ones (new for me) spotted on 160-M tonight but they 
were gone by the time I got to the radio - 9K, CX, VP9 and 4X.
