[WVDXA] Another new one on 75m

Worked OC1I  ( Peru ) for country #216 last night on 75m.

Erection of the  "KIller" has started. I have to modify the radial 
plate. Then make final joint connections. I assembed 3 --15 ft 
sections in my basement where it is warm. 10 ft.is in place.
