Hi all:

 

A question came up asking if it is OK to begin checking cards for St 
Barthelemy.

 

The answer to this question is yes, you can start checking them 
immediately. As you know we are still in November 2007. We are logging, 
but not entering, 2008 applications so by the time we finish 2007 and 
begin to process 2008 applications all will fall into place.
