[WVDXA] ARRL Contest

I only made 19 contacts but almost everyone was a new one (or unconfirmed  
one) on a particular band.  Mostly 80 meters.
 
Does anyone know what the chances are that Martti's operation from Kosovo  
will count ?  I've not heard yet.  He's running 40 CW now but I don't  want to 
waste my time if it's a "no counter".
