[WVDXA] QSL from Russia received today

I worked UA3TCJ on New Year;s Day and I received his QSL today 
direct, 43 days. Not bad if you remember days of BOX 88.Andrei had 
QSLd earlier via LoTW. This was a new one on 75m.

I now have VP6DX on 75 and 17m SSB. Their signal is outstanding on 40 
SSB , but I can not find him working the USA on SSB. I heard them on 
15m just as the band closed for the day.

I have VP6 on 20 and 15 from other operations.
