[WVDXA] VP6DX & TI9KK on Top Band NOW!

Guys, I just worked TI9KK on Cocos Island at 0512 GMT on 1815.0 kHz for a
New One.  Have been trying to work VP6DX on 1826.3 kHz for some time but too
many folks calling him.  GL all.
