[WVDXA] Cocos I.

Just worked Cocos I. TI9KK on 14.014.39 / 14.129.52 @ 2256Z with 5  watts.  I 
didn't need them on 20 or CW but did need it on QRP.  I  wonder WHY his split 
is so WIDE.  Seems unnecessary to me.  The pileup  is huge (EU & USA 
stations).
