[WVDXA] CW Skimmer

For those at Saturday's WVDXA meeting, you were able to see the CW Skimmer
software in action (briefly.)  I just loaded it onto the computer a couple
of days ago so I am not really up-to-speed on all the features.  But, what
little I was able to show, did give Papa November "chills!"

The following information was published in the ARRL's Contester's Rate Sheet
this week and might provide some more information about the program to those
who are interested:

I have not downloaded the N4ZR article yet but any help on using this neat
little program is good news to me.
