[WVDXA] Reason for "test" messages

On 27 April Hughes.net in their infinite wisdom decided to up grade 
their Email server software. I have been w/o Email until today. I 
have been unable to send or receive. When it did come back up it went 
back to 2006 and I had over 9000 Emails to download. The average time 
was 1000 Emails every 45 minutes. I started downloading before I went 
to bed and when I got up this morning all 9000+ were in my mail box. 
I could have called customer service to have them delete them but 
that is a pain also. I hate to deal with those people in customer 
service, most of them are ___________ .You fill in the blank!
