[WVDXA] W8TN is Now WSPR'ing on HF

Guys, I'm now trying out the new WSPR (pronounced "whisper") digital
soundcard software by K1JT which I mentioned at the last WVDXA Meeting.
This is SOOO Cool! I'm transmitting with less than 1.6 watts of power and
being heard by stations nearly 5,000 miles away on 30-M in DAYLIGHT!  Check

I've now moved over to 160-M (yep, it's still daylight) and my 1.6 watts is
being heard as far as 569 miles away and the sun is still UP!  I guess the
old *Monster-L* is still workin'!
