[WVDXA] International Marconi Day

Guys,
I know at least one of you is a Marconi fan like I am and so you may want to know about a nice little DX activity that is for 24-hours beginning on Saturday 0000 UTC (Friday evening).? It is the annual International Marconi Day (IMD) sponsored by the Cornish Radio Amateur Club commemorating Marconi's birthday.? Info on the IMD can be found on the IMD website:? http://www.gb4imd.org.uk/???Ham stations will be QRV from around the world from locations of former Marconi stations and a very nice certificate resembling a stock certificate from the Marconi Company is awarded for working so many stations.? I have done this a couple years and it is a lot of fun to "chase" all the stations you can find.

Maybe see a couple WVDX types in the pileups....
