Tim, that's great news.  I have been waiting a long time too.   Worked him in 
9 countries and sure could use the new band credits.

Just got back from Maryland visiting my son and his  family. 
Checked the mail and found an envelope from Vlad Bykov -  C91VB, D20VB, 
9J2VB, V51VV and 5H3VMB
Inside were 6 QSLs for contacts in the  above countries in the winter of 2006.
I must admit that I was getting a little nervous about  ever hearing from 
him. 
He had different QSLs printed for those different  countries. 
If anyone else is expecting QSLs from him, hopefully  they are on their way 
or you have credit through LoTW.
