Yes, I have noticed that.  Usually by the time I get home in the  evening and 
eat supper, he's off of 30 m.  I only have YK on 40 CW, so I  really don't 
need this operation on 40 but would be nice to get them on 20 or  30.  He was 
coming thru earlier today on 20 m real well, but after a few  minutes in the 
pileup, he was only taking west coast stations and he finally  faded out.  Oh 
well, I am playing in the GA QSO Party now and have working  quite a few counties 
I need for 2nd time around USA-CA and several new ones on  CW.  40 sure has 
some STRONG SIGNALS on it.

Lots of QSB.  I worked him on one of the swells.  If he'll stay  there for 
another hour or so he ought to be better, but his history is that he  isn't on 
30 even this late usually.
