Tim,
I have worked 32 KL7s over the years. All in the 
Oct,Nov, Dec, and Jan.months. Those are the best 
months for 6m during the peak years of the solar 
cycle. Notice I said years ---the good fall F2 
openings may start a year or two before the peak 
and also end a year or two after the peak. The 
good openings in the summer are E layer openings 
and are very sporadic . I am now watching 6m for E openings.

I have worked KH6 3 times all in the Fall months.
