[WVDXA] Next Meeting Date

I'll be out of town on the weekend of Oct 6th and the 13th is pretty  busy.  
Right now the best time for me would be the weekend of the 20th or  27th.  
November 3 is out also for me.

Alan and  Jeff,

If you would like to suggest a better  date, PLEASE do so.  I just put the 
10/13 date out as TENTATIVE.   And as soon as I did, I saw that W8OI was giving 
an exam that day at the  Museum and the KARC has a field trip planned to 
Greenbank on that date.   So, the date AND the location are open to suggestions.  

I also note that the QCWA meeting is set for  Noon to 4 P.M.  We could 
schedule the WVDXA meeting for say, 5 p.m. at  the Winfield exit of I-64 (if I can 
get the meeting room at the old Chicago  Uno Pizza place) or in Charleston if 
we can find a location.  That would  put you two guys closer to home after the 
WVDXA meeting.  Just another  idea. 

This announcement was just to "test the  water" and see when the most people 
could attend and where they wanted to have  it.  Don't just say "I can't make 
it that day" but put out an alternate  suggestion and we'll see what everyone 
else has to say.
