Yes, I made had a qso with EP2HF station and did receive a qsl from him.? He qsl's DIRECT.? I used his address on QRZ.COM and did receive his qsl.? I emailed him after I had sent my qsl to him and he confirmed my email.? My qsl took 28 days to get to him and his took 14 days to in the mail back to me.? I did email him after I had not heard from him for several weeks and he kindly responded that my card was mailed out.? And a couple of days later it arrived.? I was very happy.
