It is much bigger than scaffold reef,
Several miles around.
The McClesfield bank (scaffold reef is a part) is very large.

    In fact,  my qsl has both names on it.  Abu-Ail and Jabal et-Tair.
    At that time it was a navigation beacon / Lighthouse run by the British
under contract from the Yemeni.
