[WVDXA] 160 Meter Contest

Guys,

I like several put up a 160 meter antenna for this contest.  I had  
never been on 160 before and I have worked about 10 qso's so far.

But I believe my antenna would make any electrical engineer cry and  
put every one of his hairs out.

I did not decide to put the antenna up until about 2 pm.  Then I  
relized I could not go to Morgantown get the parts  put it together  
and have up by sundown.  Here is the parts list that I used

260 feet of wire (well it was splice together with wire nuts and  
covered with duct tape.

My coax is some old rg 58 I had laying around

I use a piece of broken plexiglass for my feed point

one insulator is glass the other is a plastic dog bone type

And last but not least it is tied off with bailing twine.

Beleive it or not it is resonant at 1.833 according to my $300.00  
antenna analyzer.
