W8QY also worked them the first day by figuring out the 14.255 "magic  spot."
 
By the way, I checked the other day and found that KU9C, their QSL manager,  
also did not get a QSO.  Probably didn't need a BS7 but I thought that was  
interesting, too.

Secret  frequencies (as found by WA8VPN) were 14.055+/- and 14.255+/-.
Every now  and then the operator would say 255 and then go there to talk with
his  friends.
I regret to say, I did not log the times for this to see if it  was
scheduled.
The DX would stay on .185 to talk and just listened on  the upper freq.

VPN caught on quick.
