[WVDXA] BS7H QRT TIME

What worked?
I have tried tail-ending, camping out on a frequency, hopping around to the
sides of a pile,
trying to anticipate his next freq from a worked station, and just random
calling in the 200 to 230 span.
I have even tried calling on one of his secret frequencies.
What worked for you guys?
