[WVDXA] A Maybe on 20 CW

About 50-50 that I worked him on 20 CW.  So much QRM and the op going  40 
WPM, I cannot be sure.  Will keep at though and hope for a sure  one.
 
Congrats to all who worked him and SPECIAL congrats for achieving TOP OF  THE 
HONOR ROLL to W8GG, W8UV, and WA8VPN.
