[WVDXA] W8UV SCORES his FINAL DXCC

Congrats to Phil and to 'VPN and 'HC.  I heard their 20m QSOs.

My 1/4 wave wire vertical didn't cut the mustard this morning on 20. 
Sigs were good on 30m, but I was loading the 40m beam barefoot and 
didn't get into the logs there either.  The 40m sigs were barely readable.

There was a definite peak in the 17m activity yesterday from about 
4:30-5:30 PM local time.
