I worked BS7H on 18073.98, QSX 18076.60 at 2129Z.  They were 
weak/unreadable a half hour earlier but I could tell they were there.
The signal built, but so was QRN from an approaching storm.

As they got stronger, I began calling.  I found K9HMB working 'em and 
followed his QSO on the same frequency.

I called Alan and left a message and called 'WEJ.
