    Yea, I read the article after I had emailed you  this AM.  And yes, they 
just showed up and got verbal permission from the  Council of Andorra and then 
operated, getting "informal approval" from the  French government after the 
fact.  Yes, the times they sure have changed.  Hi.
 
    Yes, the article appears on pages 34 thru 37  inclusive of the October 
1951 QST.  QST at that time cost 40 cents an  issue.  Dues were $4.00.  WOW.
