[WVDXA] Postage Increases

Guys,

      Bernie in The Daily DX is also reporting the following about postage 
increases.  If you are not yet on LoTW, it is getting to be a better and 
better deal from the cost perspective to exchange QSL's electronically.


>First Class US mail is expected to go up from 39 cents to 41 cents
>effective May 14th.  There is also a proposal for a new "forever"
