Clark,
Sure hope it happens for you....i was kinda shotting for the same thing here!!! Wanting to get the mosley up 85 feet instead of 40 feet, where it is now!!!! but guess i've done pretty gud so far with it at that hieght. Since the BS7 is the last one for me.......
If the last 2 Spartly's are an indication of what to expect . Think we are in deep DO-DO. We may have to go west young man, to do any good.
BTW my 160 total is 71 worked. 35 on ssb and 36 on cw.....with a whopping 4 confirmed hi hi.....go get em Phil....i haven't done much 160 since the early 80's when that was the only band i operated.....73 ya all.......IF anyone needs a station to operate from to get the BS7, you can try from here...antenna is only at 40 feet, but i got a great hill top location and pretty quite....also 2 kw.....73 Greg, W8GG

I'm pretty sure that Dave, W8IW, started this because when I saw him at the Charleston hamfest today I told him that if he wanted to operate from the new Putnam County Superstation, he would have to help build it. That is, of course, a reference to my new ham shack and antenna farm.
Tim, KC8UHE, came by this week and helped me site the spot for the tower and guy anchors. Dang, guess I could have used an Ohio surveyor for that part of the job!
I then ordered and received the anchor rods from R&L Electronics. Now I just need my contractor to dig a starter hole and we can get to digging out the rest of the base and guy points and then pour some concrete.
My goal is to have the station operational on 40-M through 10-M in time for the BS7 operation. I may have to sit the equipment on the floor and run the cables in though the window but I hope to be able to push some watts by the time BS7 is on the air.

I'll volunteer also...but what are we volunteering to do? I make a great chief but a terrible indian......BTW my project will be starting up real soon, as soon as it looks like a nice, and not to cold of a weekend. First thing is to complete the assembly of an 80/75 rotateable dipole...that i've had in the garage for the last 4 years...that i forgot i had.......how does one forget a thing like that??
BTW Phil, W8UV ...one of these vertical i bought will probably be for sell, if your still interested, cuz i think i'll only put one up. Just not sure which yet......Greg, W8GG_______________________________________________
