While looking at the ARRL site, I checked the latest DX Weblog and found

The 2006 DXCC Yearbook

The 2006 DXCC Yearbook is now at the printer and it is expected to 'hit the  
streets' in mid to late-July. While this is a little later than usual it is  
still within the DXCC timeframe for this publication. 
In order to receive the free publication you must: 
Be current on the DXCC Honor Roll during the 2006 calendar year,  or, 
Have made at least one submission to DXCC during the calendar year period of  
January 1 through December 31, 2006. 
If you are not in the above categories, copies of this, and all editions back 
 to the 1993 start, are available for $8.00 each (Includes postage).
