>From ARRL Website: ARRL Congratulates Two New Top of Honor Roll Recipients
(Jun 26, 2007) -- Dave Brindle, K1WER, of Nashua, New Hampshire and Bob
Hall, W8QHG, of Barboursville, West Virginia, achieved Top of Honor Roll
after completing confirmed contact with BS7H, the Scarborough Reef
DXpedition. Hall will turn 91 this October. By special arrangement with the
ARRL DXCC Desk and West Virginia DX Association, Hall received the first #1
Honor Roll Award issued following the BS7H operation.
