None of the three letter suffixes you asked about were yet issued back 
in '31.

W8TM - David S. Melman
        67 Herman St.
        Rochester, N.Y.

and

W8TN - Thomas J. Donohoe
        841 Franklin Ave.
        Columbus, Ohio

I'll look up the others in my 1936 and 1946 Radio Amateur Callbooks.
