My thanks once again to everyone for the great day today.  Couldn't 
have asked for better!  Congratulations to all the #1 DXCC honorees and 
especially Bob  W8QHG for officially joining me and Dave WA8WV ahead of 
the "pack."

73 to Clark W8TN in the new role as Prez too!

I am happy the club voted to keep the dues at the same level.

But my biggest thrill was to savor that curried opossum thanks to Bobby 
WA8VPN and Bharathi VU2RBI.  What is it going to take to get that 
recipe Bobby?!?

My photos are available for viewing and downloading on our website.  My 
husband Steph was kind enough to upload them a while ago.  Bless her 
heart.  She is still overwhelmed by all the excitement today.  Just 
more than she can bare.  I asked her if she would want to go back to 
the Museum next week for the WV QSO Party and she said, "no thanks."

     Man, what a day!  That was absolutely awesome!  We had a wonderful 
turnout with people coming from Procterville, OH, Crown City, OH, 
Vienna, WV, and even as far away as Fairmont, WV!  FANTASTIC!

     Good food, good stories, good laughs how can it get any better?  
For those who could not attend, I have posted a few photos of the 
festivities.


Here is K4OM, WA8WV and WA8VPN/AE.  "Papa November" is having his QSL's 
checked for DXCC including his LoTW QSL from BS7H.  Now that he has 
made it to Top of the Honor Roll, WA8VPN proceeded to pass his Extra 
Class exam today.  Now he can work that DX much easier!

Here are four of the five WVDXA members who (with the BS7H QSO) have 
now ascended to the Top of the Honor Roll.  W8GG, W8QHG, W8WEJ and 
WA8VPN.  Phil, W8UV, who also made it to the Top, was unable to attend 
but phoned in twice so I knew his heart was with us.
