P hil,
I too will miss this rare delicacy. VPN got the recipe from VU7RBI when he
got to know her from his daily chats during Andaman. I just hope that he
doesn't still have any of the SLOW opossums from the Tsunami. I heard that
he ordered them from www.tsunamibargainopossum.com  they were
saltwater-washed and sun-dried. 

I am upset I will miss the curried opossum.
