There is no associated hardware with the lower mast clamp.
You will need to order a set. You may have the lower mast clamp for free.

I need the lower mast bracket for a Ham IV rotor.

This bracket is used when you mount an antenna on a pole.

This bracket fits Ham-M thru Ham IV rotors. It cames with  U bolts. It 
used tto be shipped with all these rotors but not any more.

If anyone has one to sell, please let  me know.
