Big Guns,
Gee, "rotatable dipoles at 80 and 85 feet", "phased verticals", "40-M
beams at 70 feet", it's no wonder I get excited when I work something on
the low bands. I don't have anything higher than 40-feet and just wires
for those frequencies. In fact, I have to use my 80-M dipole (at 30-feet)
and a tuner to work 40-M since my 40-M vertical died.
Can't wait 'til I move up on the hill and get up some REAL
antennas. I'll probably go into shock the first time I tune the bands. I
think I will have a paramedic on standby, just in case.
