Hi Gregg,
No, if they are entered into the "system" and you are given credit, you will not have to resubmit them. According to the rules of the Challenge Award, "Bands with less than 100 contacts are acceptable for credit for this award."
 
91 worked is reeeeaaaal close.  With a little luck, maybe you can crack the century mark this year.  KYFC!
