[WVDXA] Congratulations go out to...

I am pleased to announce to the members of WVDA that this morning one of our fellow WVDXA and DXCC members was successful in passing his Extra Class licensing exam at the Museum of Radio and Technology in Huntington.  The exam was administererd by the TARA VE Team.
 
Sincerest congratulations are in order to Dave Poe, KB8TGH for achieving this important milestone.  So hats off to Dave for the accomplishment!
 
This certainly won't hurt your chances for the BS7 operation when it rolls around.
