[WVDXA] Scarborough Reef, BS7H, Announcement

DX'ers,

      Warm up those amps as Scarborough Reef, BS7H, is due to come on the 
air in April!  Yee Haw!

      Bob, W8QHG, needs this for his LAST country.  I think W8WEJ is in the 
same boat and probably many more WVDXA members.  I need it for one of my 
last two.

      Garry, you MUST be home from FL by then or send me a key to your 
station!!!!  I'll bring the Alpha!

      The operation will be led by W6RGG one of the guys I operated with 
from Clipperton.

      This is the No. 1 Most Needed Country almost everywhere so the 
pileups will be HUGE.  Boy oh boy do I wish I had my SteppIR up.
